Handle all incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, either in person or on the telephone in two (2) separate PABX eg. Corporate & Property Division
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the company’s guests.
- Oversee and manage the Tea Lady’s schedules to ensure smooth running of tea facilities.
- Manage and upkeep records of gifts received by IOI Team members when it is delivered at Level 26 Reception.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of Meeting Rooms supplies.
- Ensure all Meeting/Discussion rooms are tidy and equipment in working conditions for IOI function at all times.
- Handling of incoming document via by hand/courier services and also distribution of documents to all the eight (8) floors on daily basis.
- Job rotation for Receptionists for weekly shift at Level 26 and Level 3A (IOI City Mall). Relieve receptionist at IOI Mall Puchong in case of shorthanded.
- Manage all the online bookings of Meeting/Dicsussion and Training Rooms
- Manage the booking of laptops and pointers for all divisions
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior ie Office Cleaners and Office Newspaper invoices
- To assist Group Administration dept in their administrative works as and when required by the immediate superior.
- Take initiative to decorate the Level 26 Reception Lobby during the main 4 festivals ie Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali and Christmas.

- Focus on visitors and calls attended with no complaint
- Focus on the office administration matters according to the company policy and deadline.
**Job Competence Profile**
- Good level of verbal and listening communication skills
- Courteous telephone etiquette, well-groomed, confident and pleasant personality
- Pro-active, able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess own transport
**Person Specification**
- Diploma and above or a related discipline
- Preferably with two (2) years' experience in a similar position
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
