**About the Company**
A well-known Japanese Retails Outlet in Malaysia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle Product Inspection (BR) related matters - coordinate between customer, warehouse and stakeholders
- Handling New Store Opening/Closing - new store open scheduling, managing store listing, prepare new store registration proposal etc
- Handle customer inquiry/complaints (Ex: item damage/shortage)
- Handle monthly order schedule
- Request order quantity/Monthly Stock Level from customers
- Follow up special order shipment status and inform to customer
- Update Covid-19 situation and store status in Malaysia (Monthly)
- Update Sales & Monthly Task Result
- Update and send Malaysia store list (monthly)
- Follow up special/new project planning with customer
- Handle shipment/ordering issue (delay, wrong date setting etc)
- Update HQ Monthly Meeting Sales Report
- Request document from HQ (cosmetic)
- Prepare Meeting Agenda/Minutes/presentation with customer, warehouse and stakeholders.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, customer support on warehouse operations relevant experience will be an added advantage
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written
- Willing to travel when require

Location: Mont Kiara
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 0800 - 1800
