Bim Coordinator

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Offer cross-team support on BIM software for the coordination of the activities of review, control and management of the project.
- Determine the proper elements and scale for buildings.
- Collaborate with the design team and other departments to identify goals and communicate procedural changes.
- Take information from multiple plans and incorporate them into a single computer model which can be used to build and maintain a structure.
- Present designs and make amends based on feedback or prototype testing.
- Manage and coordinate the BIM project in compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
- Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data is available to all parties.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with project team members.
- Ensuring plans are accurate and easy to interpret.
- Upkeep and maintain the databases of all construction drawings and other documents in a safe and secure manner.

- To understand, contribute and support the achievement of company’s business goals and department’s objectives.
- To contribute towards the achievement of the HSEQ objectives by complying with the HSEQ policy and participating in the implementation of HSEQ management system.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Qualification: Possesses at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or any relevant fields.

2. Experience: 3 to 5 years’ working experience in using BIM technology in construction fields or any related fields would be added advantages.

3. Skills & competencies:
a) Strong administration skills in planning, organizing, coordinating and documenting.

b) Good communication and time management skills.

c) Keen attention to detail.

d) Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.

e) Well verse both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

f) Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, 3D graphic software and AutoCAD.
