Our client, Chengwuji Chinese Dance Association, is currently seeking a skilled Dance Instructor to join their team. The association's mission is to study Chinese dance and foster individuals who are committed to preserving the rich traditions of classical dance from the Han and Tang dynasties.

**Career Path during the 3-year contract**:

- Level 1 - Assistant
- Assist with variousneeds in dance classes, such as playing music, correcting students' movements, and other necessary tasks.
- Participate in education training timely.
- Assist with administration tasks when there are no scheduled classes.
- Level 2 - Instructor
- Teach lessons according to the provided syllabus.
- Organize and prepare students for exams, performances, or competitions; provide recommendations, feedbacks, and encouragement for improvement.
- Participate in education training timely.

- Level 3 - Senior Instructor
- Teach lessons according to the provided syllabus.
- Organize and prepare students for exams, performances, or competitions; provide recommendations, feedbacks, and encouragement for improvement.
- Structure and organize the lesson syllabus according to the centre’s development.
- Participate in education and business training timely.
- Assist the coordination centre in organizing different events and activities.
- Level 4 - Head of Instructors
- Assist and lecture the instructors and senior instructors when necessary.
- Provide guidance and follow up on syllabus development progress and situations.
- Conduct training for instructors and senior instructors, observe their performance, and provide appraisal for improvement.
- Develop and improve centre events and activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- 5 working days (Wednesday-Sunday).
- Fulfilled at least one of the following requirements:
1. Possesses credentials in early childhood education

2. Possesses a degree or professional certification in dance (preferably Ballet or Chinese Dance)

3. Have experience as a full-time, part-time, or freelance dance instructor and have been practicing Chinesedance or ballet for at least ten years.
- Able to work in Macau for at least 3 years.
- Ability to speak Cantonese.

**Benefits**:

- Contract Bonus (upon contract completion): 3years (RM37,000+) | 6years (RM69,000+)

Job Scope:

- Assist with any needs in dance classes, such as opening music, correcting students' movements, and other necessities.
- As the primary instructor for dance classes, instruct students using the provided class materials.
- Prepare and lead students for performances, exams, or competitions.
- Handle basic administrative task when there are no classes scheduled during working hours.

Job Requirements:

- 5 working days (Tue-Sun).
- Fulfilled either one requirement stated below:
1. Possesses credentials in early childhood education

2. Possesses a degree or professional certification in dance(Ballet or Chinese Dance, preferably)

3. Has experience as a full-time, part-time, or free-lance dance instructor and has
been dancing Chinese dance or ballet for at least ten years.
- Able to work at Macau.
- Able to speak in Cantonese.

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
