**CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER (CPO)**

A Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a senior executive responsible for leading the development and management of a company’s products or services. Their role typically includes:

- Product Strategy: Defining the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company’s goals and market needs.
- Product Development: Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including market research, design, development, testing, and iteration.
- Team Leadership: Building and leading cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, and marketers, to execute on the product strategy.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback analysis to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Revenue Generation: Collaborating with sales, marketing, and business development teams to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, such as Chief Technology Officer or a similar position, in the IT and telecommunications services industry.
- Exceptional knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies.
- Direct, plan, or implement policies, objectives, or activities of organizations or businesses to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, or to increase productivity.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, network architecture, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Conduct research on financial topics, market trends, and industry benchmarks to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Customer Focus: Ensuring a customer-centric approach by prioritizing customer needs, gathering feedback, and continuously improving the product experience.
- Innovation: Driving innovation by exploring new technologies, features, and business models to stay ahead of market trends and competitors.

Overall, a CPO plays a critical role in shaping the company’s product offerings, driving growth, and delivering value to customers.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years of executive-level on product and blockchain oriented experience required.
- Understanding of software design principles, patterns, algorithms, data structures and multi-threading concepts.
- Proven ability to translate functional requirements and use cases into working test plans and test cases.
- Proficiency in researching, designing, developing, and testing blockchain implementations.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, including various cryptographic techniques and blockchain consensus protocols.
- Skill in implementing blockchain concepts such as confirmations, multisig, and HD wallets.
- Strong financially, with excellent shaping the company’s product offerings, driving growth, and delivering value to customers.
- Substantial general management experience; an expert in leading and inspiring sizeable teams, preferably within a fast-paced, ethically oriented, environment.
- A commercially astute, highly strategic leader with a strong and intimate focus on the customer.
- Experience in managing a substantial growth programme and a strong project management mindset.
- Sharp intellect and well-developed analytical and critical reasoning skills. Natural self-confidence and awareness combined with extremely higher levels of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to diagnose problems and weaknesses promptly and implement action plans.
- Analytical and skilful reporting ability
- Ability to integrate their leadership style into a business with a strong existing culture and identity.
- Strong leadership, coaching, development, and change management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A willingness to roll up the sleeves, when appropriate, and lead from the front.
- Higher levels of drive, energy and resilience.

Pay: RM25,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
