**Job Description and Qualifications**

Purpose

The job of welder is done for the purpose of finishing the welding work of equipment manufacturing in the company.

**Nature and Scope**

Implement production tasks according to the production order, WPS and working instructions requirement.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1, Complete the welding work according to related production orders, drawings, documents and WPS;

2, Perform related work as the superior assigned in conformity with the specify quality and quantity.

3, Involve the activities of improvement and trainings in workshop;

4, Any duties assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

**Qualification**

1, Middle school background or above;

2, Good communication skill, teamwork and high sense of responsibility

**Experience**

1, At least have two year experiences as a pressure vessel/pipe welder;

2, Pressure vessel welding certificate is required.

**Preferred**

1, MIG welding skill is preferred;
