Responsible for all aspects of Purchasing such as order fulfillment, sourcing & negotiation, and development of new suppliers.
- Assist in conducting supplier analysis and facilitate early identification and timely resolution of problems, changes, disputes, and claims.
- Plan and procure materials based on the forecasted production planning and ensure the materials are available to meet production build requirements.
- To source and procure new products developments and existing products.
- To forecast, plan, execute monitor deliveries, and control the purchasing activities and inventory level according to the company policy and procedure.
- To address and resolve the situation such as supply chain shortages, allocations, and material discrepancies and to ensure contingency plan or alternate sources of supply is available.
- Monitor inventory levels and take appropriate action to maintain optimal levels
- Prepare monthly, yearly, and ad-hoc reports when required.
- any ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD.

**Role Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Pleasant personality with good negotiation skill and communication skills.
- An active team player, able to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision.
- At least 1- 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Must be able to converse and write in mandarin.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
