**Job Description**:

- To assist in Samples orders received, monitoring and tracking customer orders received.
- To check out-standing SAMOS PO orders to be fulfilled by projects and sent reminders to plant PM.
- Shipment document preparation to shipping department and tracking of invoices.
- To assist in and out-going advise for shipment to customer.
- To assist in procurement of material for sample build activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Logistics or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.

Additional Information
- Training will be provided on SAP, eSAMOS and i-Buy system.
- Local student needing to complete internship as part of their tertiary education
- At least 6 months availability for internship
- State your internship start date & end date.
