**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Sourcing and Procurement: Identify, assess, and choose suppliers for medical equipment, devices, and healthcare products to ensure a continuous supply of high-quality items.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable contracts and maintain robust supplier relationships.

Supplier Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with current suppliers, ensuring product availability and addressing supply-related challenges.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, product advancements, and pricing fluctuations to make well-informed procurement decisions.

Cost Control: Monitor and manage procurement budgets to optimize costs while preserving product quality.

Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices in procurement activities, with a particular focus on healthcare regulations.

Sponsorship: Actively pursue sponsorship from suppliers to contribute to the company's revenue.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Inventory Management, to accurately forecast demand and ensure product availability.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in procurement and supplier management, preferably in the healthcare and medical industry.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
