**Job Summary**: The Admin Operations Specialist ensures efficient day-to-day administrative functions, supporting smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit reports and presentations.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for office needs.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain company databases and records.
- Generate reports and analyze data.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and executing projects.
- Track project timelines and deliverables.
- **Communication**:

- Handle internal and external communications.
- Address inquiries and requests.
- **Compliance and Policies**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies.
- Assist in policy development and implementation.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize company events and meetings.
- Prepare event materials and logistics.
- **Financial Administration**:

- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Process invoices and reimbursements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of administrative or operational experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 per month
