Acccounts Executive

Location : Port Klang

Industry : MNC - Chemical Manufacturing

Skills **:Minimum 5 years experience in Full Set Accounting, Able to do reporting, Costing, AR/ AP, Cash flow, Audit, Tax, Forex, FIx Asset Registration and etc. Minimum Diploma in Accounting**

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experienxe in Full Set Accounting
- Able to perform reporting, Costing, AR / AP, Cash Flow, Audit, tax, Forex, Fix Asset Registration and etc
- Good working attitude

**Responsibilities**:

- Verifies **Cost Tracking and Batch Costing**:

- Manage bills r**eceivable & received and payabl**e & paid
- Monitoring Debtors Overdue
- Plan and Control Cash Flow
- **Monthly Forex Adjustment**:

- **Fixed Assets Registration and Labelling all Fixed Assets**:

- **Manage end to end financial processes **in support of the account which includes **collection, payments, **monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures and fully compliance with company policy and Accounting Standards
- Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in Tally System.
- Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, bankers and etc.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by other department,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
