Internship (Hq) - Ecommerce

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Management: Assist in managing product listings, including product uploads, descriptions, and categorization. Ensure that product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Website Maintenance: Support the eCommerce team in website maintenance tasks, such as content updates, image optimization.
- Order Fulfilment: Assist in order processing and fulfilment tasks, including order tracking, inventory management, and shipping logistics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Analytics and Reporting: Compile and analyse eCommerce metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to the eCommerce team.

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for eCommerce and online retail trends.
- Internship Duration: 3 months

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
