Recreations Crew

**Job scope**
- To operate specific recreation attractions in the park and recruit guest for recreational activities.
- Assist and ensure guest are aware of and adhere to the park rules and safety guidelines
- Provide excellence customer service to our guest
- Organise and execute the scheduled performances and competitions in the park
- Work closely with Sales Department on upcoming events for Corporate Team Building, School Visit, Birthday Party and Base Camp
- Coordinate with food and beverage (F&B), recreations and other relevant departments on organising upcoming events
- Carry out walk-in and appointment type of site inspection for Corporate, School, Travel Agents, Family & Friends (Birthday Party) and Media / Video Shooting Enquiries.
- Assist any enquiries from our guest in the park
- Constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of department by suggesting improvement wherever needed.
- To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that Sim Leisure Group’s service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Grad or any experience in recreations, coordinating event and within a customer services environment
- Intermediate level of spoken English and BM
- Communications skills
- Reporting skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,050.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
