**POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY**
- To perform operation & maintenance task to:

- Ensure maintenance service availability according to Service Level Agreement
- Ensure respond time according to Service Level Agreement

**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS**
- To assist H.T Chargeman in developing the maintenance checklist for the LV System according to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annual service and implementation.
- To carry out LV switching and isolation of the LV system installation and daily meter reading under his shift.
- To manage and carry out breakdown repair for the electrical equipment failure that warranted immediate attention from UTW.
- To monitor and report any defect or abnormalities found in the electrical installation under UTW contract.
- To assist Supervising Engineer in developing the maintenance checklist for the LV System according to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annual service and implementation.
- To ensure high safety standard and housekeeping are implemented and maintained at workplace.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative

**Key Challenges**:

- To complete task in timely manner.
- To respond and ensure maintenance service availability is according to Service Level Agreement.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge in facilities maintenance in operation and maintenance
- Knowledge in M&E building services
- Knowledge in Electricity
- Self-starter with mínimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good communication skill
- Computer literate is added advantage

**Qualification**:

- Certified LV Chargeman with 3 years relevant working experience
