Job Scope & Requirements:

- Quantity Surveying Degree
- Relevant working experiences of minimum 4 years - preferably experienced with fast track construction projects
- Ability to work independently
- Possess leadership in a team
- To be based at project sites in Kulim
- Attend site meetings
- Handle progressive billing
- Able to speak & write English, Chinese & BM
- Deal with Maincon from China.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Retention bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
