Tooling Manager

Job Description 1) Determine project specifications by studying product design and customer requirements; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimation for stamping tooling & process. 2) Able determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time & cost required for stamping tooling & process. 3) Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems 4) Prepare & control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends with recommending actions 5) Prepare & participate in DFM review and provide input through lessons learned for stamping tooling & process. 6) Attend meetings with customers on all engineering-related issue for Metal Stamping process. Job Requirement 1) Minimum 5 years’ experience in Tool Room, Preferably in Metal Stamping process.
