**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and ensure the quality of workmanship on-site, with a focus on carpentry tasks.
- Study drawings to ensure alignment with site conditions and coordinate accordingly.
- Supervise workers, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of work.
- Arrange and bring workers for outstation assignments when required.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on site activities and project progress.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, particularly in carpentry.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written. Advanced in Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel for outstation work
- Possess a valid special license for van will be an added advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
