Scm Section Manager

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, in an EMS or manufacturing environment
- Experience in handling electronics components

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to independently drive solutions to complex planning issues with limited supervision
- Strong financial understanding, risk analysis ability, relationship building and project management;

**Responsibilities**:

- Monthly sales planning and ensure monthly sale target shipment plan are achieved.
- Coordinate and leading the meeting to solve the sales target & shipment facing problem.
- In-charge to manage PMC, Material warehousing, Shipping & Procurement daily activities.
- Provide relevant training to subordinate & upgrade their capability from time to time.
- Review the production plans to identify and report the potential risks to superior & GM.
- Responsible for forecasting, monitoring and well control on raw material stocks, production WIP & FG.
- Monitoring the execution of job order and approve the adjust schedules for timely delivery for customer.
- Develop inventory control approach to avoid material shortages & excesses.
- Approval & control for procurement activities ensure not over buy, material quality meet the required specification.
- Responsible for all the in-charge JD and unsure subordinate works meeting the QMS ISO requirements.
- Work as team & co-operating with others department ensure to meeting company KPIs & Mission.
- Implementing & controlling all daily functional job activities under company budgeted commitment.
- Maintain the working area always in a good 5S & safety working environment.
- Any assignment as and when required by the company.
