**Tanggungjawab Utama**:
**Menyediakan Dokumentasi Pengeluaran**:
- Menyediakan dan mengemas kini dokumen pengeluaran seperti jadual pengeluaran, pesanan kerja, dan rekod pengeluaran harian.
- Memastikan semua dokumen yang berkaitan dengan pengeluaran lengkap dan disimpan dengan rapi.
**Mengurus Inventori Bahan Mentah**:
- Mengurus dan memantau inventori bahan mentah dan produk siap.
- Menyediakan laporan inventori secara berkala dan memastikan stok mencukupi untuk keperluan pengeluaran.
**Menjaga Rekod Pengeluaran**:
- Menjaga rekod pengeluaran yang tepat dan terperinci, termasuk jumlah pengeluaran, bahan yang digunakan, dan masa yang diambil untuk setiap proses.
- Memastikan semua rekod disimpan dengan baik untuk tujuan audit dan rujukan masa depan.
**Menyediakan Laporan Pengeluaran**:
- Menyediakan laporan pengeluaran harian, mingguan, dan bulanan untuk dikemukakan kepada penyelia pengeluaran dan pihak pengurusan.
**Kemahiran dan Kelayakan**:
- **Kemahiran Pentadbiran**: Kemahiran pentadbiran yang kukuh termasuk pengurusan dokumen dan kemahiran organisasi.
- **Kemahiran Komputer**: Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office.
- **Pengalaman**: Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang kerani adalah satu kelebihan.
- **Pendidikan**: Sekurang-kurangnya SPM, Diploma, Degree dalam bidang berkaitan atau bidang yang setara.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
