Plant Supervisor

Conduct processing activities necessary to convert raw materials (Press and Shredded EFB) to finished goods (EFB Pellet Fuel)
- To run the EFB Pellet Plant smoothly following all the SOP provided.
- To make sure the final product produce is within the quality specification.
- Continuous improvement in maintenance practices as per instruction by superior.
- Operate plant according to standard operating protocols, health and safety standards, and government regulation.
- Perform, monitor and supervise scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works done by Operator.
- Maintain daily production log and other necessary paperwork to record pellet quality and plant performance and keep the file accordingly for submission to HQ.
- Aid Plant Head/Engineer in operating the plant.
- Supervise maintenance equipment breakdowns in a timely manner and ensure electrical safety.
- To maintain the cleanliness of the plant before, during and after operation.
- To perform a weekly routine checking, maintenance and cleaning of machines, equipment etc.
- Record all the data during processing and report to the immediate Supervisor.
- Supervise plant operator team and manage other relevant parties such as contractors, equipment vendors and mill personnel.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month
