**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage & monitor the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms to ensure effectiveness and brand growth.
- Develop integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership
- Develop & lead digital/social media strategies to increase brand engagement
- Analyse social media metrics and make improvements to be better at them.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
- Implement brand & brand communication plans.
- Monitor product quality, design, and brand alignment.
- Be “hands on“ and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams to achieve brand objectives
- Undertake ad-hoc operation tasks as given by the supervisor.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Knowledge in graphic software - Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma is added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and self initiator
- Ability to understand and work with brand guidelines
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the internal and external team
- Having skills in video making and video editing are added advantage.
