Liaise with superior involving any case or issues arise. 5. Submit monthly report to superior together with supporting documents. 6. Monitor and motivate subordinates’ performance and develop or upgrade their skills and knowledge. 7. Ensure all subordinates understanding and adherence on the company’s system, rules and regulation.
