**About Role**
**Job Title **- Medical Writer
**Work Experience **- Minimum of 2 years' experience in scientific/medical writing, preferably within a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical Medical Affairs environment.
**Location **- Selangor, Malaysia.
**Academic Qualification **- Graduate degree in the sciences is required (BSc, MSc, PhD); having a healthcare science degree (MBBS, BPharm) is advantageous.
**Expectations from you**
- Develop high-quality content in accordance with client objectives, while adhering to regulatory compliance and editorial standards.
- Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of clients’ covered therapeutic areas and products to deliver customised and insightful educational content targeted towards healthcare providers.
- Create new writing strategies, propose timelines, and assess resource requirements for key deliverables, as needed.
- Review and edit medical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Adapt messaging and content based on medical specialties.
- Ensure the utmost clarity and accuracy of medical content to meet client objectives andmaintain overall quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of writing processes and standards within the team.
**Skills required**:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in scientific/medical writing, preferably within a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical Medical Affairs environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English at a level equivalent to CEFR C2/C1; completion of writing and editing assignments may be required.
- Demonstrated experience in creating various types of documents (e.g. abstracts, posters, infographics, slide decks, digital marketing content, video storyboards).
- Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex scientific/medicalinformation into clear and concise messaging.
- Project management skills, including task prioritisation and deadline adherence.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
