**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To prepare a pre-alert manifest for Skynet/Linex shipments daily.
- Print invoice from system for K1 shipments.
- Prepare and issue invoice to customer once duty paid.
- Keep track and monitor closely and ensure all shipments are cleared and deliver to warehouse or PJY hub.
- Build positive relationship with customer for customer retention and growth of new business.
- To prepare report and invoice to clients.
- Reply to any queries or complaints from clients.
- Check rates, do booking for air-freight operation and prepare a full set of documentation.
- Monitors cargo movement and checks actual arriving date.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by HOD.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Min SPM/ Diploma in relevant field or fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Computer Skills (Ms Office, & Outlook) with
- working knowledge of both customs import and export procedures.
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
- Minimum at least 1 year working experience in air freight and logistics sales/ business development/operation/customer service.
- Highly self-motivated and committed.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to learn and fast learner.
- Punctuality.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
