**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in IT and technology trends.
- Excellent organizational and task prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of mobile payment systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. System Maintenance**:

- Ensure the uninterrupted operation of Outlet IT systems.
- Conduct routine checks and updates to prevent system downtime.

**2. Cybersecurity**:

- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard customer data and transactions.
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and continuously enhance security protocols.

**3. Technology Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on IT trends and emerging technologies.

**4. Inventory Management**:

- Optimize inventory processes using IT solutions to streamline restocking.
- Utilize technology for efficient tracking and management of IT-related inventory.

**5. Automation Implementation**:

- Execute projects to automate processes, improving efficiency and enhancing customer experience.
- Identify areas for automation and implement solutions accordingly.

**6. Remote Troubleshooting**:

- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely.
- Provide timely support to end-users to minimize disruptions.

**7. IoT Integration**:

- Integrate IoT devices and sensors for equipment monitoring and timely maintenance.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement IoT solutions.

**8. Task Prioritization**:

- Manage and prioritize multiple IT issues efficiently in a 24/7 smart store setting.
- Ensure timely resolution of critical issues to maintain continuous operations.

**9. Mobile Payment Systems**:

- Implement and maintain mobile payment systems for seamless customer transactions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot mobile payment systems to ensure optimal functionality.

**10. Software/Hardware Transition**:

- Handle transitions to new software/hardware with mínimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure a smooth transition and provide necessary training to end-users.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
