Uiux Designer

**Your responsibilities are**:
1) Research on User Experience, User Task Flow Based on Client’s Background and
Requirement
- Work closely with Business Analyst to understand client’s background and requirement
- Do user research
- Research on project background
- Define project goals and deliverables based on client’s requirement
- Research on competitors’ site to generate ideas, address issues and opportunities
- Look for samples of UI to complete the UIUX experience
- Coming out with prototypes after the researching process

2) Documentation Preparation and Proposal
- Check client’s website for UIUX issues with UIUX checklist and generate report
- List out UIUX issues into UIUX audit, comments and suggestions after that generate report
- Design sitemap, new propose wireframe and mock-ups to solve the UIUX issues
- Create personas

3) Design and Build
- Gather and document all the data and information into UX research document
- Create best user experience by creating sitemaps, wireframes, user flow and business flow
- Design interface for the website pages based on the sitemap and wireframes that had created
- Understand requirements from the project brief by Business Analyst
- Translate project requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interface prototypes such as Hi-fidelity prototype, visual elements and UI design system style guide
- Analyze data and information to gather quantitative feedback from users or client’s users after testing the Hi-fidelity prototype to improve the design and user experience further

4) Hands off to Development Team
- Attend the scrum meeting in the scrum team to carve out the interaction needed for the interfaces on every stand-up meeting
- Provide design vision and direction to the development team throughout the project
- Do user testing under each sprint that the design is merging well with the technologies

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

Professional Degree in Computer Science / UIUX Design or equivalent.
2. With **minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in agencies tech background.**
3. Attention to details, with a can-do attitude
4. Ability & knowledge of graphic design.
5. Experience in **Coding, HTML, CSS **and **design implementation**.
6. Experience in **wireframe / prototype design using Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Draw.io, InVision** or other similar tools.
7. Fluency in best practices for information and interaction design, user-centered design process, strong knowledge of user experience principles, techniques and patterns.

**Preferred Skills and Requirements**
1. Strong knowledge of UI design
2. Strong web design, layout and UX skills
3. Strong communication skills

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
