Junior Executive Trainee

EMP TEAM is either a life insurance and family takaful services agency under Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad and Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad which is base at Meru Perak(EMP). We serving the savings, protection and investment needs of Malaysians by offering a full range of financial solutions through its branches, agency force and bancassurance distribution partners network nationwide.

**Job descriptions**:

- Assisting with the development and implementation of company policies
- Maintain and grow business with current clients and also generate new business
- Assisting clients with their needs (Financial/Servicing etc)
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
- Get to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations and you’ll support our management team with daily tasks.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Min diploma in any background (Training Provided)
- Highly motivated for career progression
- Passion to help people
- Possess good teamwork
- Able to commute or work at Meru,Ipoh
