_**(Location: Gunung Rapat, Ipoh)**_

**You will be responsible for**:

- Prepare and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing payments and reconciling statements.
- Assist in data entry and processing of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Support month-end closing procedures by preparing cash flow reports and financial reports.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence related to accounting matters.
- Support liaise with auditors, tax agents, authorities, banks and other professionals in financial matters.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of financial transactions and other relevant documents.
- Establish and maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for documents and records.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in handling similar tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Relevant experience in managing accounts in the property development or construction industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in the UBS system and computer literacy in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and meet deadlines.

**Working Days**: 5 days of work

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
