**About the Job**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create job description, understand selection criteria, and design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment process including sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing.
- Research and keep up-to-date with the talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
- Develop policies and strategies for talent acquisition.
- Take the lead on employer branding campaigns
- Involve in HR departments related ad-hoc

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management, business administration, psychology or related field
- At least 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role
- Hands-on experience with the full cycle recruiting process including interviewing and evaluation
- Ability to distinguish between various roles within the company
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ayer Hitam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 2 years (preferred)
- Learning & development: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
