Housekeeping Runner

Responsible for assisting housekeeping staff with stocking all housekeeping items -Responding to housekeeping requests. -Replenishes linen and guest amenities. -To clean and maintain rooms and assigned areas according to the set standards emphasis on details. -Replenishes guest supplies - fruits, minibar, newspaper, magazines and flowers. -Attend to guests' laundry coordinating with the houseman and laundry and to deliver it before end of shift. -Attend to any guest requests or services promptly eg. Shoeshine, adapters, extra beds, pillows etc. -Reports all rooms defects/ damages to engineering and to follow up its rectification which had to be attended to within a stipulated time. -Maintains equipment and fixtures and should be in good condition at all times.
