**Job Position - PARALEGAL ( JOHOR BAHRU )**

Salary : RM3,000 - RM4,500

- The incumbent will support all enquirers / matters in relation to legal matters and provide general legal advice for the group company.
- Support in the vetting, reviewing, and drafting of contracts, company policies and legal documents.
- Managing standard contracts and maintaining accurate contract records
- Monitoring of legal documentation from initial to completion stage.
- Monitor changes and updates to relevant laws and regulations

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in related experience
- Relevant legal knowledge
- Excellent writing skills
- Proactive
- Meticulous
- Complete review of all company policies, including but not limited to rules & regulations, JSOX documentation, contracts, and agreement.
