Telesales/ Telemarketing Executive

**Job Responsibility**:
- Identifies prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings.
- Contact prospects via various mediums to promote and explain company's services including cold calls.
- Record acquired information systematically in client pool database.
- Schedule appointments for sales operation to meet prospective clients.
- Contact clients and prospects to follow up on initial interaction.
- Handle customer questions.
- As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales target.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Level in IT or equivalent
- Interns also are welcome.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude & ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel) required.
- Both Male and Female can apply.
- NO AGE LIMIT
- RETIRED PERSONS ALSO CAN APPLY.
- PERMANENT POSITION.
- Preferably to join immediately.
