Payroll Executive

1. Prepare Monthly Payroll.
2. Verify daily attendance & overtime sheets for payroll processing.
3. Prepare monthly payroll journal and analysis to the Finance department.
4. Handling and processing employee benefits.
5. Prepare employees employment, increment and confirmation letters.
6. Maintaining and recording all personal records in the payroll system.
7. Upkeep employee personal files.
8. Statutory Deductions (SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, EPF & etc) & prepare contribution payments.
9. Prepare Overtime Analysis report.
10. Assisting recruitment process.
11. Prepare documents & participate in audits.
12. Expatriate Management.
**Job Requirement**
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having shared service experience will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
