至少 1 年呼叫中心經驗。有零售背景的呼叫中心代理者優先。

良好的英語和馬來語溝通能力。

良好的態度、人際溝通能力和客戶服務技巧。

願意輪班工作並擁有自己的出行交通工具。

週六、週日和公共假期必須工作。
