**Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Daily Functions:

- Ensure daily sales target is achieved
- To meet distribution and strike rate targets as per guidelines
- Regular service to outlets in the assigned territory / channel as per itinerary set
- Carry out merchandising as per company's standard, implement FIFO ensure market hygiene and POSM placement
- Ensure sufficient stock level at outlets and good forward stock share
- Handle collection as per agreed term, minimize and develop new outlets
- Explore new business within the assigned territory and develop new outlets
- Effectively implement promo plan as per marketing strategy and keep proper record when required
- Build up good trade rapport with outlets
- Feedback competitors' information as and when required
- Keep track of daily sales, new outlet opening and strike rate performance
- Proper use and update of company's call / route card

2. Weekly Functions:

- Review and ensure the daily functions are carried out
- Review the sales performance of past week to ensure weekly target is achieved
- Provide suggestion for improvement to better previous week's performance

3. Monthly Function:

- Review and ensure the month's target is achieved

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM, with at least 1 year of similar experience
- Has knowledge in servicing outlets in the areas of merchandising, FIFO system, POSM standard
- Conversant in English, Chinese & BM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
