A Japanese Trading company based in Kuala Lumpur (KL) and Selangor area. They have a wide range of products such as microscope, borescope / endoscope, particle counter, mist collector, dust collector, gas detector, oil filter, and many other measuring and environmental solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Documentation:
- Manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation), Quotations, Purchase Orders, and Invoice/Delivery Orders using the SUNNET in-house system.
- Maintain accurate and organized sales records for future reference.
- Handle RFQ submissions on Trello and collaborate with suppliers.

2. Client and Vendor Relationship:
- Collaborate closely with Outside Sales to address inquiries from existing clients, providing effective solutions to their needs.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Manage basic client communication for quotation submissions, providing general information, and handling catalogs, drawings, pictures, and warranty information. More complex communication is directed to outside sales.

- Prepare marketing and sales materials, including product presentations, brochures, and demos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

5. Market Research:
- Conduct continuous research to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Evaluate market opportunities and provide feedback to the management team.

6. Inside Sales Target:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotation generation targets.

7. Technical Knowledge:
- Collaborate with the technical team to address client inquiries effectively.

8. Reporting:
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting key performance indicators and sales achievements.
- Summarize client interactions and opportunities in the reports.
- Share insights with the management team to refine sales strategies.
- Compile and track new inquiries list and high-value quotation list.

9. Assistance in Goods Handling:
- Assist in the general packaging of incoming goods from suppliers.

**Job Requirements**
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin / Japanese is a plus but not necessary)- Communication Skills: Confidently convey information clearly across different organizational levels.
- Supervision: Must be able to work with minimum supervision
- Transportation: Not required

- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, possesses fundamental understanding of import and logistics, and skilled in price setting.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of inside sales / sales coordination
- Personal Traits: Honest, positive attitude, keen eye for details, with an interest in Japan.
