**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsibilities for interior renovation works:

- To check and ensure all the M&E system are in good running conditions
- Perform safety inspection on general MEP and plumbing services
- Work directly with operators/tenants and team members for basic diagnose, assess and repair maintenance needs
- Must be proactive and hands on, to provide technical knowledge, support and supervise and assist technician to trouble shoot, repair, improve and maintain the facilities
- Ensuring full compliance to all Engineering Safety Standards and Environmental, Safety and Health regulations.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are understood and implemented through regular trainings and auditing procedures. Conduct daily inspection, monitoring and data collection on electrical facilities equipment’s and utilities consumption.
- To standby and attend to blackout, breakdown, and ad hoc repair.
- Records and monitors maintenance and replacement works done for tenants.
- Coordinates and supervises works carry out by contractors.
- Organize, manage and supervise daily task to be perform
- Prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum PW 4 certificate; At least a professional certificate in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) / (Electrical/Electronic)
- Hands-on experience in managing equipment and facilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An analytical disposition, mature, energetic, a self-starter, independent, pleasant personality and with integrity.
- Electrical expertise required

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
