**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**OVERVIEW**

In the F&B industry, the HR Admin Officer manages recruitment, record maintenance, and inquiries. Responsible for handling basic accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations. This includes providing assistance for HR initiatives, resolving problems, processing data, maintaining compliance and accurate records, and supporting organizational initiatives.

**JOB SCOPE**

2. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.

3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.

4. Assist with accounts payable/receivable.

5. Process invoices and track expenses.

6. Support HR initiatives and programs.

7. Address employee inquiries and concerns.

8. Any ad hoc tasks assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**

1. Diploma in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Passion for F&B industry.

3. Strong attention to detail.

4. Excellent communication skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
