**Job Description**:

- Review worldwide lease contract.
- Maintain lease database (accounting portion) in ProLease.
- Work with Corporate Accounting team and Corporate Real Estate team as well as international accounting team on lease accounting related matters.
- Work with Fixed Asset team when necessary.
- Review and analyze lease related accounts.
- Review and resolve problem related to lease accounting.
- Prepare global reconciliation & roll-forward for Right-of-use Asset and Lease Liability.
- Prepare quarterly FSRP for Corporate review.
- Provide quarterly summary and highlight unusual event.
- Support & drive improvement project.
- Provide support to stakeholders including auditors.
- Ensure compliance to SOX and internal control.
- Handle ad-hoc request/assignment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Professional cert/Degree

Specialization
- Accounting

Experience
- Minimum 2 - 3 years

Field of Experience
- Have knowledge of lease accounting standards (IFRS16 / ASC 842).
- Good technical skill in accounting.
- Experience in data analysis & result oriented.
- Minimum intermediate Microsoft Excel skill. Advance level would be a plus.
- Have knowledge of Asset Retirement Obligation (ASC410-20) would be a plus.
