1. JDOC Implementation related task
- 2. Improvement on current Disk Disposal process covering physical degaussing for SSD as per Cisco requirements.
- 3. Continue follow-up on Windows 7 migration solution (others than HW replacement option as it's required huge investment)
- 4. Improvement on the Cisco Employee Transfer automated process
- Remediation on PEN002/8 Device Compliance.
- 5. Follow-up activity from the recent MSS Audit findings/recommendations.
