We’re looking for a **Project Management Intern** **to bring your talent to **Noventiq** **Malaysia**. You’ll be a part of our Services Delivery Department.

Job overview: As a Project Management Intern at Noventiq, you will support our Project Management team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation to support project execution and delivery.
- Work closely with senior project managers to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Assist in resource allocation and project budgeting.
- Participate in meetings and set up minutes of meeting (MoM) documents.
- Help prepare project status reports and communicate with all stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Contribute to solving problems and identifying project risks, proposing actions to mitigate risks.
- Support in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Assist in measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Provide administrative support as needed.***

**About you**:

- Currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, digital services, and project management.
- Basic understanding of project management techniques and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
