Mart Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service by maintaining a friendly and helpful store atmosphere.
- Monitor sales activities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising standards to create an appealing store layout.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as necessary.
- Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required

**Experience Needed**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Sound knowledge of merchandising techniques and inventory management.
- Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
