**Job Description**:

- Primary responsibilities
1) Produce work schedules in accordance with the availability of employees and contractors.
2) Ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
3) Ability to read a properly interpret Engineering drawings.
4) Ability to provide knowledge of operation & maintenance of various machines used in fabrication.
5) Ability to delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the crew and contractors.
6) Fitting structural plate, channel and etc.
7) Provide for adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, best practices, laws and project schedule.
8) Monitor and manage project budgets.
9) Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on-site quickly and amicably.
10) Report project status to project engineers and officials regularly.
11) Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce material and labor costs
12) Coordinate material needs and production schedule with appropriate parties.
13) Inspect product to verify product standards and specifications are met.
14) Coordinate and direct the activities of the production floor to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Secondary Responsibilities
1) Manage and train employees and contractors.
2) Recommend equipment upgrades and process modifications.
3) Develop and oversee quality standards.
4) Ensure the good housekeeping at site.
5) Other duties as assigned by management.
