- Competitive- Malaysia Kuala Lumpur- Contract- Oil & Gas**JOB PURPOSE**
- Interface with FSO Master & Contractors for managing the execution planning, technical requirement, and POB arrangement.
- Identify and highlight in advance related issues that may occur during project execution such as resource loading, working condition, supporting mechanisms and safety related.
- Ensure onshore preparation (procurement / fabrication / testing / material transport) compliance with safety, health, and quality requirements.
- Ensure offshore execution (mobilization / installation / testing / demobilization) compliance with safety, health, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with site inspectors for monitoring onshore preparation (fabrication /testing).
- Resolve on-site issues and emergencies.
- Manage and review project risk, recommend solutions or alternatives to mitigate project risk management issues.
- Ability to work offshore as and when required.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Project Management**
- Review scope of work, procedures and project execution plan provided by main contractor.
- Identify and highlight in advance related issues that may occur during project execution such as resource loading, working condition, supporting mechanisms and safety related.
- Manage and lead the offshore execution work as per schedule and Project Execution Plan and administrate interface management between stakeholders in ensuring the projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Project Execution**
- Manage the team in coordinating and supporting main contractor during project execution and asset integrity initiative on post operations activities in cost effective and safe manner, comply with the industry standards, requirement, and contractual requirement.
- Manage and monitor project execution status, resource person for asset under transition matters for liaison within company and third-party service provider.
- Coordinate and interface within main contractor and operation lead resource available, mobilization and demobilization schedule

**Project Risk Management**
- Manage and review project risk, recommend solutions or alternatives to mitigate project risk management issues such as in-situ repair, litigations against company, project budget over-run, project delivery, competencies and capabilities deficiency and safe accidents and incidents occurrence that may be faced by company during the offshore activities which may have an impact on cost, quality and schedule amounting to client's dissatisfaction.

**Manuals and Procedures**
- Lead and develop the project(s) manuals, Scope of Works (SOWs) and procedures to ensure compliances to construction industry best practices and to standardize the execution of work in line with project requirement.

**Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment (QHSSE)**
- Execute the implementation of company Corporate QHSSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in Project Execution activities to safeguard and protect life, assets, and environment.
- Manage and closely monitor and supervise the offshore activities to meet the QHSSE requirements and project schedule.

**Relationship Building**
- Establish and maintain good relationship with partners, customers, government authorities and agencies such as DOSH, DOE, Marine Department, Classification Societies, PETRONAS MPM, SIRIM to facilitate regulatory compliance requirements and other pertinent issues related to asset services.

**KEY CHALLENGES**
- Manage the preparation of works at onshore and lead the execution of works at offshore.
- Inculcate safety mindset to ensure every activity at project site are conducted safely.
- Managing and monitoring the contractor work progress at site and to ensure it deliver in a safe manner.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in field at offshore project site in the oil & gas andmarine industry
- Working experience onboard FSO/FPSO is an advantage.

**QUALIFICATION**:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Valid BOSIET certification
- COVID-19 Full Vaccination certification
