REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in administrative and/or human resources roles.
- Familiarity with authority licensing, ISO, and Sabah Labour Ordinance
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Assist HOD in monitors, update and managing staff attendance, overtime, all kind of staff allowance & etc.
b. Assist HOD in recruitment of new worker/staff by preparing job description, posting ads, and managing the hiring process etc.
c. Support HOD of disciplinary and grievance issues.
d. Assist HOD liaising with government department / agencies.
e. Manage travel arrangement for staff.
f. Assist in coordinating company’s events and meetings.
g. Maintaining detailed employee records and responsible of proper document management according to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System.
h. Responsible for subcontractor’s registration and monitoring security department.
i. Responsible for the stocks and distribution of daily office supplies of office.
j. Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month
