Key Responsibilities 1. To carry out the general accounting functions which include preparing of the profit and loss statement and monitoring of daily cash flow, banking facilities, schedule of payment, etc. To ensure implementation and maintenance of appropriate accounting control procedures and responsible to resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. 2. To compile and prepare an accurate and timely reporting of all monthly, quarterly and year end close financial management reports and statements. To also develop and maintain financial databases. 3. To be responsible for the timely submission of the annual / monthly Company Tax Returns and GST submission to the relevant government agencies and to ensure compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements. Also responsible to monitor and resolve all taxation issues. 4. To be responsible in the financial audit preparation and to coordinate the audit work relating to both internal and external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records. Is further responsible for the implementation of agreed upon recommendations resulting from the audit findings. 5. To assist the Management in the budgeting and forecasting activities. To develop, maintain and analyze budget, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. 6. To analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues and to maintain solutions to business and financial problems. 7. To assist in updating of daily sales report, keying-in of all new cars sales order on Honda DMS, to monitor on all new cars registration including ensuring that all payments are collected in full, before releasing of any new cars to the customers. 8. To carry out any duties and job functions in which you may be instructed from time to time by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company.
