Here is a job description for a Finance Functional Lead: Role and Responsibilities: Lead a team of finance consultants and analysts, providing guidance and support in delivering finance-related functions to the organization. Understand the financial requirements and business processes of the organization to identify improvement opportunities. Manage and oversee the implementation or upgrade of financial management systems, including business modeling, financial resource planning, and financial reporting. Analyze customer requirements and translate them into finance functional needs and technical specifications. Configure and customize finance systems to meet customer requirements, including integration with other business systems. Responsible for system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality and data reliability. Provide training to users on the effective use of finance systems and provide post-implementation support. Provide technical guidance to the technical team, ensuring proper system integration and functionality. Stay up to date with industry trends and latest technologies in financial management, and recommend innovative solutions to customers. Manage change management projects and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
