**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing documents, setting up workstations, and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Assist in managing databases and filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate purchasing activities, including obtaining quotes, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Research potential vendors and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
- Work closely with department heads to understand their procurement needs and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Work with vendors to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and quality concerns.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on factors such as quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by vendors in a timely and professional manner.
- Input data into relevant systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in analyzing purchasing trends and expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or purchasing role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of purchasing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\
- This is a full-time position based in **Tioman Island.**

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
