**Job requirement**

Have basic knowledge in HR and Malaysia labour law.

Familiar with recruitment platforms in Malaysia that consists high chance of recruitance result.

Required language(s) : Mandarin, Malay & English (ability to speak Mandarin and Malay will be an added advantage)

Good in both Mandarin & Malay literation & oral expression

Excellent internal & external communication skills with strong market awareness, and ability to persuasion and negotiation

Well in planning & analyzing

Possess strong time management skills and able to accept challenge by multitasking under pressure

Detail oriented, organized and meticulous

Have high responsibility, deliver work results on time

Keen in updating work progress with management/working partners

Love to socialize with people

Independent, creative, persistent, and have clear separation between public and private matters

Able to take responsibilities over HR decisions made by ownself

Eagerness to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities

Always keep self-updated with current HR related infos, keen in learning new things

Self disciplined

Demonstrates the ability to solve difficult issues with effective solutions and provide positive recommendations
