What you’ll achieve
As a Advisor, Logistic you will be responsible for driving the end to end Logistics operations from planning to execution. This includes driving the backlog and capacity planning within the warehousing, freight, call center/customer service and transport operations. You will work with logistic service providers and Dell internal stakeholder in Demand supply planning team, customer service and IT team to drive for process improvement in supply chain network and warehouse to support business growth.

You will:

- Managing APJ Control Tower function to diagnose and resolve the APJ red orders shipment in OTM within SLA.
- Working with Global IT, OTM enablement team, operation team on issue log to resolve red order with permanent solution and fix.
- Require to work with global procurement team on new contractual rate and new carrier onboarding program for new rates configuration in OTM.
- Participate in OTM onboarding call when required for rates configuration on OTM.
- Participate in OTM new program to support UAT testing
- Highly organized and analytical, attention to detail and ability to always follow-through to ensure work order is release for ship.
- Sense of urgency in key deliverables to resolve daily exception issues and meet plan ship.
- Completes work in accordance with established practices.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel is a must.
- Ability to prioritize work and operate under tight deadlines.
- Strong initiative, able to work independently and bring up issues.
- Good interpersonal skills; solid written and oral communication skills.
